What Case Desk is
Case Desk is an internal web application used by the team and its authorized partners to follow up on legal cases: leads, signed cases, follow-ups, notes, tasks and reports. Case data is kept in sync with the organization's own Lead Docket and Zoho CRM accounts.
- Dashboards by source, office and state.
- A searchable, sortable case table with saved filters and reports.
- Scheduled reports sent by email as CSV files.
- Access rules so that every person sees only the cases they are allowed to see.
- An optional Claude connector, so each user can ask Claude about the cases they can see.
Who can use it
Case Desk is not open to the public and has no self-registration. An administrator creates each user account and decides which cases that user can see. Anyone without an account cannot sign in.
How Google Sign-In is used
Users may sign in with their Google account instead of a password. Case Desk requests only the basic
openid, email and profile scopes, and uses them for one purpose: to confirm the
user's identity and match the verified email address to the Case Desk account an administrator already created.
Case Desk does not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google data, and does not store Google
access tokens. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
