These Terms of Service govern your use of Case Desk, a private case-management application operated by the organization that operates Case Desk ("we", "us"). By signing in to Case Desk you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Case Desk lets authorized team members and partners view and follow up on cases, add notes and tasks, and create and receive reports. It is a private tool: there is no public registration, and access is granted only through an account created by an administrator.
2. Your account
- Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your session.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell an administrator right away if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
- If you sign in with Google, keep your Google account secure; access to it gives access to Case Desk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Case Desk only for legitimate work for the organization that operates Case Desk, and not to:
- access, or try to access, cases, data or features you are not authorized to see;
- bypass or test the security or access controls of the service;
- copy, export or share case or client information beyond what your work requires;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the service;
- use the service in violation of applicable laws, including privacy and data-protection laws.
4. Confidential information
Case and client information shown in Case Desk is confidential and belongs to the organization that operates Case Desk or its clients. Keep it confidential, including CSV files and reports you download or receive by email, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Your obligations under any confidentiality or partner agreement with us also apply.
5. Suspension and termination
An administrator may change your access, deactivate your account or end access to the service at any time, especially if these Terms are not followed or your work relationship ends.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep Case Desk available and its information up to date, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Information synchronized from Lead Docket and Zoho may be delayed or incomplete; for decisions that matter, confirm it in the source system.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the organization that operates Case Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use Case Desk.
8. Intellectual property
The Case Desk software, design and content belong to the organization that operates Case Desk or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to them other than using the service as described here.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Case Desk after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the organization that operates Case Desk is established.
